If you are a new customer, you will need to first register with www.sephora.com. Click on the Sign Up For Sephora link located at the top of the page. Please provide your email address for order confirmation and a password. After registration, you can begin filling your shopping basket. Type the product number or name into the search box on the top right and Sephora.com page. Then click Search to view the product details. Placing Telephone Orders
You can order quickly and easily by calling our toll free number to place your order with our Customer Service Representatives, or you can shop our Sephora stores, seasonal catalog, or online store at Sephora.com. You may also place orders to ship via FedEx, which is not available for orders placed online.

When you place an order with our toll free number, the shipping costs and delivery schedule are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule.
